选举的重要性在我国民主政治建设进程中日渐突出。我国以人民代表大会制度为主的选举体制取得了很大成功 ,但仍存在着选举范围窄、流于形式等问题。要考虑实行人大代表专职化和人大会议常设化 。

The importance of election is more and more outstanding during the course of our countrys construction of democratic politics.The election system in our country relying mainly on Peoples Congress system has made great progress,but there are still some problems. For instance,electoral range is too narrow;election becomes a mere formality.It should instantly be considered to implement the professionalism of the deputies to the National Peoples Congress and the permanence of the Peoples Congress in order that national convention can play the key role in the running of our countrys politics.
