摘要
本研究用离体兔胸主动脉淋浴灌流系统电解Krebs液损伤血管内皮模型,观察了自由基对血管内皮的影响。结果发现,电解性自由基在损伤血管内皮释放EDRF能力的同时,内皮细胞完整性遭破坏,细胞膜凹陷,细胞间隙增宽及部分区域内皮细胞脱落。
We studied effects of OFR on morphology of endothelium with a new method (we reported previously)of combining superfusion cascade system with electrolyzed physiological solution.The SEM of the luminal surface of donor vessels perfused with electrolysate by 5 mA for 1 min showed loss of endothelial integrity,widening or intercellular spaces and pitting of the cell membrane.Crateriform and erosc ap- pearance were also observed in some areas.It was concluded that the new method is also practical for the study of the correlation between morphology change of en- dothelium and OFR.
