摘要
目前,工会干部教育培训工作存在诸多问题,从而影响了培训工作质量。因此,必须树立人力资源管理理念,尽快形成适应工会干部特点的培训模式。
At present, the training work of union cadres' education in China has so many problems that it affects the quality of training work So, we should set up an idea of human resource management and form a training model of adapting to union cadres' characteristics as soon as possible
