整体护理对预防单纯性热性惊厥再发的影响

Prevention from simple FC(feverile convulsion)relapse by holistic nursing

目的 :降低小儿单纯性热性惊厥的再发率 ,减少对脑的影响。方法 :选择 2 0 0 0年 11月至 2 0 0 1年 10月收治的 80例首次单纯性热性惊厥的患儿 ,随机分成两组 ,各 40例 ,观察组实施规范的整体护理 ,对照组进行对症处理、常规治疗、常规护理和出院指导 ,对两组患儿跟踪观察 1～ 2年。结果 :观察组惊厥再发 1例次 ,对照组惊厥再发 8例次 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :整体护理能提高患儿家长对预防小儿单纯性热性惊厥再发的认识 ,使其加强预防措施 。

Objective:To lower incidence of simple FC.Method:80 cases with primary FC children were allocated to two groups,observation group received standard holistic nursing,with control group receiving routine treatment.All with follow up of 1～2 years,1 case relapse in observation group,8 cases relapse in control group.Re^sult:There is significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Holistic nursing improve patients' knowledge about relapse of FC,so lower simple FC incidence.
