摘要 目的 :探讨有效的健康教育方法 ,提高纯母乳喂养率。方法 :将 42 3例产妇随机分为干预组 2 10例和对照组 2 13例 ,对干预组在常规护理的同时配合健康教育 ,进行认知干预 ,观察两组初乳分泌及纯母乳喂养情况。结果 :干预组初乳分泌时间平均为 5 2 4h ,对照组为 11 79h ;干预组纯母乳喂养率为97 61% ,对照组为 74 17% (P <0 0 1)。结论 :对产妇进行健康教育认知干预 ,是促进早开奶 。 Objective:To explore for effective method of health education,improve the rate of pure breast-feeding.Method:423 cases lying-in women were randomly allocated to intervention group 210 cases and control group 213 cases.Cognition intervention including routine nursing and health education was available for 210 cases in intervention group.Secretion of colostrums and pure breast-feeding were observed.Result:The mean time of secretion of colostrums was significantly earlier in intervention group(5.24h) than that in control group(11.79h);the rate of pure breast-feeding was much higher in the intervention group(97.61 percent)than that in the control group(74.17 percent)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Health education for lying-in women was effective on promoting early secretion of colostrums and improving the rate of pure breast-feeding.
