群组判断中求权向量的一种新方法

A New Method of Determining Weight Vectors in Group Judgements

目的 本文研究了群组层次分析法 (TheAnalyticHierarchyProcess ,简称AHP)中如何综合个人判断矩阵的问题。方法 依据每位专家所构造的判断矩阵及判断矩阵的质量 ,即判断矩阵的一致性程度 ,并结合个体排序向量的优先次序与群体的优先次序的相符程度来确定专家的客观权重系数。结果 基于模糊群体决策的思想 ,提出了一种在群组层次分析法中求权向量时确定专家权重系数的新方法。结论 该方法更充分利用了原判断矩阵的信息 ,体现了既尊重个体判断的结果及其准确性程度 ,又重视群体综合意见的原则 ,使结果更趋于客观。

Objective This paper studies the problem of aggregating individual judgement matrices in the group analytic hierarchy process (group-AHP). Methods The experts' objective weights are obtained by analyzing the judgment matrixes constructed by experts and the level of which,that is to say,the extent to which judgment matrixes are consistent and the extent to which individual prorities are accordant with group priorities.Results Based on the thoughts of fuzzy group decision,the new method of determining experts' weight coefficients is put forward while calculating weight vectors in group-AHP.Conclusion It makes the most of information provided by judging matrices.This reflects those principles that both individual opinions should be esteemed with its veracity and group comprehensive opinions should be regarded highly.Thus,the result trend to more objective.
