复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病劳力型心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Observation of "Compound Danshen Drop Pill"for Angina of Effort of Coronary Heart Disease

为探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病劳力型心绞痛临床疗效及心电图、血液流变学指标和血脂的影响。将 32 0例冠心病劳力型心绞痛患者 ,随机分为治疗组 165例和对照组 15 5例。对照组应用常规抗心绞痛药物 ;治疗组在常规抗心绞痛药物的基础上加复方丹参滴丸。 4周为 1疗程。结果 :治疗组在心绞痛缓解率、降低心绞痛发作率、持续时间、减少硝酸甘油用量、改善心电图心肌缺血情况、改善血流变学指标、降低血脂均优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。

To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Compound Danshen Drop Pill' in the treatment of angina of effort and its effects on electrocardiogram,blood rheology and blood lipid,320 cases were randomized into treatment group(165 cases)and control group(155 cases).In control group,regular anti-angina medicines were given;in treatment group,besides anti-angina medicines,the Pill was given,with a course of 4 weeks.Results:The treatment group had better effects than control group in relieving angina,reducing the frequency and duration of angina attack,decreasing the dosage of Nitroglycerin,improving myocardial ischemia and blood rheology,and reducing blood lipid(P<0.05).It is indicated that the 'Compound Danshen Drop Pill'is effective for angina of coronary heart disease,with little side effects.
