护生走出理论课堂 ,进入临床实习岗位 ,在其角色转变过程中 ,会面临着很多方面的适应问题。通过分析影响实习护生角色行为适应的因素 ,有针对性地采取相应对策 ,以利于实习护生角色行为的尽快适应。

The nursing students would face many problems about the role adaptation in their internship after they left the classroom. In this study, the relative factors that would influence the student role adaptation were analyzed and the effective strategies were performed so as to help the students to adapt their roles quickly.
