It is necessary to strengthen the nurse group at the special center in order to meet the need of its development. Based on their characteristics of severe shortage of human resource, poor techniques, undeveloped nursing research, many measures were carried out. They included providing beneficial policy to ensure steady in the nurse group, enhancing the cultivation for the qualified nurses, and strengthening the nursing quality control to improve the nurse research ability and special qualify. The total qualifies of nurses improved greatly and the progress at the special center was promoted.
