实施患者签字制度的方法与效果

The method and result of the patients’signature system operation

目的 :遵循以病人为中心的服务思想 ,探讨重要护理活动告知患方认可签字制度的实施。方法 :制定重要护理活动告知患方认可签字记录单 ,对 12 8例患者及其亲属进行入院至出院重要护理活动 768条项目告知、认可并签字。效果 :患方全部掌握并落实 75 9条 ,协同完成率 98.8% ;护理差错发生率降低 ,无护理并发症 ,护患关系诚信友善 ,患者及亲属对护理服务满意 ,无投诉和纠纷发生。结论 :实施重要护理活动告知患方认可签字制度可进一步规范护士行为 ,完善护理记录内容 ,保护、尊重患者权益 ,密切护患关系 ,提高护理服务质量 。

Objective :The purpose of this study was to explore the significance of informing the patients and gaining their permission with their signatures based on the ideas of patient-centered service. Method: The record sheets were used to inform the patients the important nursing care and gain their acceptance. The total of 768 items relative to the important nursing care for the in-patients were informed the 128 patients and their family members. They accepted the services and signed their names. Result: The patients understood well and received the services of 759 items. The rate of participation was 98.8%. The rate of mistaken occurring in care decreased. No complications due to nursing care happened. The relationship between the patients and nurses got better. The patients and their family members were satisfied with the services. Conclusion:The patients’ signature system based on informing them would promote the nurses’ behaviors, complete the nursing care record, respect and protect the patients’ right, improve the patient-nurse relationship, to enhance the nursing quality and to make the patients recover quickly.
