With the further development of the health care system reforms, the country-level hospitals are facing a new challenge. The care quality becomes more and more important to the existence and development of the hospitals. However, the care quality mostly depends on the management of the nursing department. Therefore, some effective measures should be conducted to improve the nursing management, such as in self-management, nursing staff management, establishment of rules and systems, nursing quality control, etc.
