静脉输液巡视卡的临床应用

The clinical application of inspective card for vein transfusion

目的 :完善客观护理资料 ,确保静脉输液科学安全进行。方法 :在临床工作中使用静脉输液巡视卡、输液卡 ,客观详实记录输液过程。结果 :增强了护士的主动服务意识 ,减少和避免了输液不良反应、输液管内药物配伍反应的发生 ,满足了患者的“知情”心理 ,提高了静脉输液的安全性和病人满意度。结论

Objective The purpose of the study was to complete the objective nursing materials and ensure safe and scientific vein transfusion in the practice of inverting duties by exemplifying. Method: The inspective cards for vein transfusion and infusion cards in clinical practice to record the process of infusion in detail and objectively were used. Result: The measure could enhances nurses’ voluntary services, reduce and even eliminate the adverse reactions in transfusion as well as the reaction of compatibility of medicine in infusing pipe,cater patients’ need of being “informed” and thus satisfy patients. Conclusion: Inspective cards strengthened nursing administration.
