职业能力是指高职学生从事某种职业必须具备的并在职业活动中表现出来的多种能力的综合,职业能力的培养是职业技术院校安身立命之本和特色办学的需要。职业能力的培养主要有如下途径:优化教学计划;变革课程体系、更新教学内容;强化实践教学;加强培养“双师型”教师队伍建设。

Professional ability is a comprehensive ablilty that the students of vocational college must possess in taking up a certain profession.It is necessary for vocational college to take the training of comprehensive ability seriously.The ways of training vocational ability are as following:optimize teaching program; tranform course system;renew teaching content;strengthen teaching practice;consolidate the construction of teaching group to improve their teaching ability as well as professional ability.
