摘要
目的 :通过在外科重症监护室应用目标管理 ,降低患者对护理工作的不满意率。方法 :在外科重症监护室应用目标管理 ,并以问卷的方式调查所有收治的病人对护理工作的满意度。结果 :实现了“在一年内将病人的不满意率降低到 5 %以下”的护理目标。结论
Objective: The purpose of the study was to reduce the rate of patient dissatisfactory through the application of the target management in ICU. Method: The questionnaire was completed by the in-patients in ICU. The target management project was formulated and carried out. The goal of the project was to enhance the nurse qualify and strengthen the nursing care for the patients. Result: The nursing care goal that “the rate of the patient dissatisfactory would be reduced to less than 5% among the in-patients in one year” was achieved. And it also improved the social and economical benefit. Conclusion: The application of the target management would increase the social and economical benefit.
