武钢第二炼钢厂将钢包原内装式底吹氩透气砖改造为外装式工艺,并采用钢包在热态下更换透气砖技术、透气砖的复通技术、透气砖的蘑菇头技术以及热修补技术等,使钢包的底吹氩成功率>99％,满足品种钢的需要、缩短钢包停修时间、减轻工人劳动强度等。

The inside lined bottom porous brick of ladle has been changed to the outside one.The new technologies such as hot changing, hot repairing and similar mushroom head, have been used with outside lined bottom porous brick at the same time. Therefore, the success rate of bottom Ar - bubbling has increased to 99 % , the production requirement has been satisfied and both the repairing time and labor intensity have been reduced.
