摘要
针对浦钢连铸设备,运用二冷过程动态分析软件对16Mn钢连铸坯的温度场、鼓肚变形以及应变状况进行仿真计算和分析。结果表明,目前的二冷制度不甚合理,易产生内裂纹等质量缺陷。
According to the practical layout in CC route, the temperature field, buldge and strain of 16Mn steel slab are calculated and analysed.The result reveals that the practical secondary cooling system is not suitable and easy to cause quality defects such as internal crack.
