摘要
目的 :探讨实验性上颌窦炎动物模型的制备方法 ,并在此基础上分析实验性上颌窦炎的细菌学变化。方法 :将 4 0只新西兰大白兔制成动物模型 ,分成 6组 :空白对照组、假手术对照组、窦口堵塞组、单纯细菌组、窦口堵塞加金黄色葡萄球菌组和窦口阻塞加肺炎链球菌组 ,检查术后不同时间窦腔脓性分泌物细菌学变化。结果 :空白对照组细菌培养阳性率为 0 %(0 / 5 ) ,假手术对照组为 2 0 %(2 / 10 ) ,窦口阻塞组为 84 .6 %(11/ 13) ,单纯细菌组为 10 %(1/ 10 ) ,窦口阻塞加细菌组 10 0 %(4 2 / 4 2 )。术后 2周内 ,培养的细菌以种植菌为主 ;3周以后 ,培养的细菌以机会致病菌为主。结论 :窦口阻塞加注入细菌的方法可成功地制造实验性上颌窦炎动物模型 ,随着鼻窦炎时间的延长 ,培养出机会致病菌的阳性率升高。
Objective:To investigate how to induce experimental maxillary sinusitis so as to explore its bacteriologic changes.Method:Forty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into six groups according to different methods to create experimental sinusitis. The purulent discharge of sinus and bacteria culture is investigated in different times.Result:The positive rate of bacteria culture are 0%(control group), 20%(sham-operation group), 84.6%(ostia-block group), 10%(bacteria inoculation group) and 100%(ostia-block plus bacteria inoculation group).The cultivate bacteria are mainly inoculate ones when sinusitis induced shorter than 2 weeks. If maxillary sinusitis induced more than 3 weeks, the cultivate bacteria are mainly opportunistic pathogens of rabbits.Conclusion:Experimental maxillary sinusitis can be successfully induced by bacteria inoculation with an ostium closed. The cultivate rate of opportunistic bacteria is related to the process of sinusitis.
