摘要
用现有标准测试方法测得的红外加热器电一热辐射转换效率,由于对加热器的辐射功率测量存在很大的随机误差,因此失去了定量意义。本文对标准测试方法作了改进,并对改进后的测试方法作了较为严格的误差分析,使加热器的这一技术参数测试精度控制在±5.4%之内。
Owing to the big random error existed in the measurement of emission power for IR heater, the electro-thermal emission conversion efficiency obtained by the current standard measuring method is not a quantitative one. An improvement to the current method is proposed in this paper and a strick error analysis was made so that the accuracy of measurement for conversion efficiency of the heater can be controlled within±5.4%.
