摘要
大面积凝视红外焦平面列阵(ICPA)代表了红外前视探测器件的发展方向。但在半导体红外FPA研究中却面临许多棘手的重大技术问题,而理论和研究都证明,采用全新的超导FPA却可能有效地解决这些问题。本文从一个侧面概述了超导红外FPA的特性及有关研究进展。
A number of difficult technical problems are encountered in the preparation of large area semiconducting IRFPA b(?)ing in development. These difficulties can be avoided in superconducting IRFPA. The relative characteristics and the developping program under way of this new device are prevented in the paper.
