摘要
某厂乙二醇蒸发器是由 30 4不锈钢制成的 ,在使用的过程中出现了较为严重的腐蚀开裂。根据该厂提供的失效件 ,对含裂纹部位进行了光学显微镜观察 ,断口进行了扫描电镜观察以及对母材、焊缝、腐蚀晶界、腐蚀产物的化学成分进行了分析 ,同时 ,在现场做了金相覆膜。结果表明 ,设备的失效是在焊接时受到严重的敏化处理 。
Severe cracking of a glycol evaporator made of 304 stainless steel appeared after putting into use for a short time .The cracks were observed by optical microcope , the fracture surface of failed parts was examinated by scanning electron microscope(SEM). the chemical composition of parent metal, welds, corroded grain boundaries and corrosion products were analyzed. The metallographic replica was used in the field. The results show that the equipment was severely sensitized during welding. Intergranular stress corrosion cracking (IGSCC) was induced and made the failure of equipment under some circumstances.
