HPLC法测定复方阿莫西林胶囊中的阿莫西林和甲氧苄啶的含量

Detection of amoxycillin and TMP in compound amoxycillin capsules by HPLC

目的 建立复方阿莫西林胶囊中的阿莫西林和甲氧苄啶的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)外标法同时测定阿莫西林和甲氧苄啶的含量。流动相为 0 1mol/L的磷酸二氢钾溶液 乙腈 甲醇 冰醋酸 (799∶10 0∶10 0∶1) ,柱温为室温 ,检测波长为 2 2 1nm。结果 阿莫西林线性范围为 5 0～ 10 0 0mg/L(r =0 9999) ,甲氧苄啶线性范围为 10～ 2 0 0mg/L(r =0 9998) ,阿莫西林的平均回收率为 10 0 1% ,RSD为 0 2 % ,甲氧苄啶的平均回收率为 99 5 % ,RSD为 0 6 %。结论 HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好 ,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous detection of amoxycillin and TMP in compound amoxycillin capsules by HPLC.Methods Amoxycillin and TMP in compound amoxycillin capsules was detected by HPLC with the detection wavelength at 221nm.The mobile phase was 0.1mol/L KH 2PO 4 acetonitrile methanol acetic acid(799∶100∶100∶1).Results The linear rang was 50～1000mg/L(r=0 9999) and the average recovery rate was 100.1%,RSD was 0.2% for amoxycillin.The linear rang was 10～200mg/L(r=0 9998) and the average recovery rate was 99.5%,RSD was 0.6% for TMP.Conclusion The HPLC method can be used to detect amoxycillin and TMP in compound amoxycillin capsules rapidly and accurately.
