摘要
分析了单齿感应淬火产生不同形状硬化层的原因 ,阐述了单齿埋油淬火感应器设计的关键参数对齿轮淬火硬化层分布的影响。通过试验 ,提出了感应器设计的一般原则。
In this paper the reasons for different shapes of hardened layer for single gear tooth submerged oil quench were analysed,and the effect of inductors key parameters on the distribution of the layer of gear tooth was briefly reviewed.By experiment the general principle of single gear tooth inductor design is offered.
