摘要
用化学沉积方法在酸性镀液中获得了Ni Mo P非晶镀层 ,运用能谱仪、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对该镀层非晶结构的形成、成分与结构及其晶化过程进行了分析 ,并与Ni P镀层进行了对比。结果表明 ,Ni Mo P镀层比Ni P镀层晶化温度高 ,热稳定性好。热处理后Ni Mo P镀层在 5 0 0℃时硬度达到最高值。随着热处理温度的升高 ,镀层的形貌和性能也发生了相应的变化。
By chemical deposition,the amorphous Ni-Mo-P coating in acidic plating solution was obtained.With energy spectrometer,XRD and SEM,the structure and the crystallizing process of the Ni-Mo-P coating was studied.Comparison with Ni-P coating was also conducted.The results show that the Ni-Mo-P alloy has higher crystallizing temperature and better thermal stability than that of Ni-P alloy.The hardness of Ni-Mo-P coating reaches its maximum heated at 500℃.The structure and performances changes with the heating temperature rising.
