摘要
介绍了一种离子渗氮的计算机自动控制系统。该系统由上位PC机和下位单片机组成。通过对电压、占空比、气体流量等参量的调节 ,自动控制冷壁炉辉光放电过程中工件温度和炉内气压。
In this paper,a computer control system for ion nitriding was introduced.The auto control system consists of a personal computer and a chip computer.Workpiece temperature and gas pressure in a flash discharge of a cool wall furnace were auto controlled by adjusting voltage,duty ratio and gas flux.The system has been successfully applied in ion nitriding.
