摘要
综合分析了锻件精确控制显微组织和力学性能的必要性和可能性。对渗碳钢、非调质钢和高碳过共析钢等 3类重要锻件必须具备的显微组织和力学性能进行了研讨 ,提出了可以满足上述要求的等温正火 (退火 )新工艺控制参数和设备。
The necessity and possibility for accurately controlling microstructures and mechanical properties for forging steel parts were analyzed.The microstructures and mechanical properties which meet the requirments for carburizing steel,non hardened tempered steel and high carbon hyper eutectoid steel parts are proposed.The results show that using true isothermal normalizing(or isothermal annealing) process and equipment may be best to meet ones demands.
