摘要 目的 研究受教育水平对急性脑血管病 (ACVD)患者认知功能的影响。方法 用老年认知功能量表 (SECF)和简易精神状态量表 (MMSE)检测 183例ACVD患者的认知功能 ,并分析受教育水平对认知功能的影响。结果 除广度外受教育水平与ACVD患者的SECF各粗分和T分呈显著正相关 (r =0 .16~ 0 .5 1) ;T分的组间比较显示广度、计算各组间无显著性差异 ,临摹、言语仅个别组间有差异 ,余量表主要显示初中和初中以下组评分显著性低于初中以上组。结论 受教育水平对瞬时记忆、注意、语言和空间认知功能无显著性影响 ,而定向力、短时、长时记忆、分析综合和特定范围的信息提取能力明显受文化程度影响 ,初中以上文化程度对这些认知功能有保护作用。 Objective To study the effects of educational level on cognitive function of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD). Methods The cognitive function of 183 patients with ACVD was evaluated with the scale of elderly cognitive function(SECF) and the mini mental state examination (MMSE). The effects of educational level on cognitive function were analyzed. Results Except digit span, the educational level of the patients with ACVD was positively correlated with original score and T score of SECF( r =0.16~0.51). T scores between groups showed that there was no significant difference of the digit span and calculating ability, but there was individual difference of imitating ability and language. The other scales showed that the SECF scores in the group with junior middle school level and the group with educational level lower than junior middle school were significantly lower than those of the group with educational level higher than junior middle school. Conclusion Educational level has no obvious effect on immediate memory, attention, language and space cognition, but has an obvious effect on orientation, short term memory, long term memory, analysis synthesis ability and information extraction ability from definite range. Education higher than junior middle school has protective effect on the cognitive functions of the patients with ACVD.
