摘要
目的 探讨结缔组织生长因子的表达与病理性瘢痕形成的相关性。方法 分别留取正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织标本 ,应用天狼猩红偏振光法检测组织纤维化程度 ,应用SABC免疫组织化学法和图像分析技术检测组织中结缔组织生长因子的表达。结果 和正常皮肤相比 ,增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织纤维化严重 ,结缔组织生长因子的表达显著增强。
Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of connective tissue growth factor and the formation of hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues. Methods The degrees of fibrosis in normal skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues were detected by Sirius red staining and polarization microscopy method. The SABC immunohistochemistry method and image analysis technique were employed to detect the expression of connective tissue growth factor. Results Compared with those of the normal skin tissue, the fibrosis degree and the expression of connective tissue growth factor of hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues were higher. Conclusion Connective tissue growth factor may play an important role in the fibrosis process of hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues.
