摘要
讨论了用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET)和聚乙烯(PE)制作远红外探测系统的窗口,聚乙烯窗口的一侧粘结着一层很薄的金刚砂粉末,用来截止可见光和近红外光透射,文中给出了金刚砂粉末层的特性、沉积工艺和4种金刚砂粉末层的透过率。
The windows made from PET and PE materials for infrared detection system have been developed. Sticking a thin layer of diamond-powder on one face, the PE window can block all the visible and near infrared rays. In this paper, the characteristics of diamond-powder layer and its deposition technology are discussed.
