摘要
根据国内外制定的内燃机(包括汽油机和柴油机)行业中试验与测量用的气体分析仪标准方法,提出适合于汽车行业中使用的红外线气体分析仪。本文较详尽地介绍了该种分析仪的原理及技术性能指标,提出车用气体分析仪的主要性能要求是:便于携带,能测量3种有害气体的含量,多档转换,线性输出,数字显示,并带有记录仪插口,仪器精度为满量程的±2%,为车用红外线气体分析仪的研制和生产提出了可靠的依据,对执行国家级技术标准和研制开发新型分析仪器以及技术推广等方面均有一定的裨益。
Based on the standard gas analyzing method for test of internal compustion engine (including diesel and gasoline engines), the paper presents an infrared gas analyzer suitable for use in the automative industry. The principle and technical specifications are described. The main characteristic of the analyzer is the capability to detect three toxic exhaust gases of automobiles and to determine their compositions with an accuracy of ±2% of the full scale. It is convenient to carry and has multirange, linear output, digital display and interface for data recording.
