摘要
已制备出供红外加热应用的多晶矿化黑陶瓷材料,这种陶瓷材料性能优良,具有抗腐蚀、抗热震、抗高温气流冲刷特性。其法向全发射率和耐火度分别超过0.9和1790℃。这种陶瓷材料可加工成灯状、管状和板状加热元件,并可用于溶炉表面作涂层。应用结果表明:矿化黑陶瓷材料用于工业加热中能节约能源。
Polycrystalline black ceramics for infrared heating were prepared. These ceramics have excellent properties such as antierosion, high thermal shock resistance and high abrasive resistance to high temperature gas jet. The normal total emissivity and refractoriness are more than 0.9 and 1790℃, respectively. The ceramics have been employed to manufacture lamps, tubes and plate heating elements, as well as coatings for use on the surface of furnace. The results of these applications indicated that these black ceramics can save energy in industries heating.
