The influence of substance P on proliferation of fibroblasts derived from hypertrophic scars

目的 观察P物质对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖的影响 ,探讨P物质在增生性瘢痕发生发展中的作用机制。方法 采用细胞培养技术 ,建立成纤维细胞系 ,应用细胞计数、MTT法及电镜进行形态学对比研究人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞对P物质的反应。结果 P物质促进人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的生长。

Objective To explore the influence of substance P on proliferation of fibroblasts derived from hypertrophic scars and the mechanism of substance P on the development of hypertrophic scars. Methods Cell strains were established by tissue culture technique. Cell counting, MTT method and electron microscopes were used to study the response of fibroblasts from hypertrophic scars to substance P. Results Substance P can increase the growth of fibroblasts from hypertrophic scars. Conclusion Substance P had important effects on the development of hypertrophic scars.
