增生性瘢痕不同时期结缔组织生长因子表达的动态研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨结缔组织生长因子在增生性瘢痕发病机制中的作用。方法 分别留取不同时期增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织标本 ,应用免疫组织化学SABC法对组织中的结缔组织生长因子蛋白进行检测 ,并进行图像定量分析。结果 随着增生性瘢痕的增生、减退和成熟 ,结缔组织生长因子蛋白的表达量明显呈由强至弱的变化 ;正常皮肤组织中仅有少量结缔组织生长因子蛋白表达。结论 结缔组织生长因子可能在增生性瘢痕纤维化进程中发挥重要促进作用。 Objective To explore the effect of connective tissue growth factor in the pathogenesis of hypertrophic scar. Methods The immunohistochemical SABC method and image analysis technique were employed to detect the expression of connective tissue growth factor protein in the hypertrophic scar of different stages and normal skin tissues.Results Following the hyperplasia?decline and maturity of hypertrophic scar, the intensity of the expression of connective tissue growth factor protein experiences from high level to low level obviously; and that of normal skin tissue is only a little.Conclusion Connective tissue growth factor may play an important role in promoting the development of hypertrophic scar.
