摘要
作为人格化资本的资本家对活劳动的剥削主要通过监督和指挥劳动表现出来。对这种行为的考察应从制度条件、生产力的发展水平以及分配方式三方面结合起来进行。这种分析对目前我国私营企业内部剥削问题的定性以及劳动关系的处理具有重要的指导意义。
As personalized capital, capitalists exploit the live labor mainly by supervising and directing labor. A examination of this act should be conducted in terms of institutional conditions, the level of productivity and ways of distribution. This analysis plays an important role in determining the nature of this exploitation within the private-owned enterprises and in handling the labor relations.
