协调控制系统在直吹式锅炉系统的应用

摘要 介绍了美国摩尔公司生产的DCS计算机集散控制系统在200 MW机组中的系统构成,分析了直吹式锅炉给煤系统对协调自动控制系统的影响因素及机组协调自动控制系统的控制过程,重点阐述直吹式给煤系统锅炉主汽压力控制系统的自动投入过程及为消除直吹式锅炉给煤系统的滞后性和延时性所采取的措施,同时,简要说明机组在负荷稳定运行和变负荷控制时主要参数的整定。应用自动控制原理使机组协调控制系统达到安全稳定的投入。 The system breakdown of the U.S. Moore - made DCS computer concentration and distribution con-trol system in the 200 MW power generating set is described, the effect of the coal supply system for the direct blow boiler on the coordinated automatic control system, and the control process of the coordinated automatic control system for the power generating set,are analysed. The automatic cat - in process of the boiler principal steam pressure contral system in the direct blow coal supply system, and the measures taken to elimiuate the lagging and uelay of the coal supply system for the direct blow boiler are emphatically described, and the ad-justment of principal parameters while the power generating set is operating under steady loads and variable load control are briefed as well. The safe and steady cut - in of the coordinated control system of the power generating set is achieved using the automatic control principle.
