摘要
火力发电厂输煤系统在燃煤转运过程中,经常出现因落煤点不正引起胶带运输机跑偏的问题。目前设计选用的落煤管截面偏大,不能使煤流对准受料胶带机中心线,从而产生侧向力引起胶带跑偏。经分析计算,提出目前在设计选用落煤管截面尺寸时可采用缩小落煤管截面并改变其出口形状,可以使转运煤流尽量趋于受料胶带机中心线,可以从根本上解决因落煤点不正引起的跑偏问题。
It is quite often for the coal conveyance system at a thermal power plant to experience its rubber band convey running out of its track for incorrect coal dropping point. The cross - sectional area of the coal dropping pipe used in the preseni design is a bit larger, and it can not direct right at the centerline of the rubber band conveyor,thereby causing a side force to get the rubber band off its track. Analysis and calculations indicates that the coal stream can be kept as close as possible to the ceuterline of the rubber band by reducing the cross - section area of coal dropping pipe and changing the geometry of its outlet during its present design, thereby tolally eliminaling the problem of rubber band running out of its track.
