摘要
叙述轻量化45°旋转扫描镜系统的工作原理和结构设计,以及高精度驱动电源,并给出试验结果。
This paper describes the principle of the scanning mirror assembly and thestructure design of the 45°rotating mirror as well as the precision driver power. Finally,the results of tests are presented.
