摘要
讨论了金属扫描镜尺寸不稳定的原因和提高扫描镜尺寸稳定性的途径,并对金属扫描镜尺寸稳定化采用冷热循环方法进行处理.
The cause of instability of dimensions of metal scanning mirror and its im-provement are discussed in this paper. The cooling-heating circulation method was usedfor processing of dimension stability of metal scanning mirror.
