企业体制变动中的投资选择规则

Choice Rule of Investment in System Alteration of Corporation

企业体制变动是顺应市场的一种理性选择行为 ,但由于受到有限理性思考、信息不对称、环境不确定性和复杂性的制约 ,企业的体制改革不可能一步从无序进入有序 ;在无序走向有序的过程中 ,企业体制变动通常会引起企业内部的组织管理及其规则安排的变化 ;就投资选择而言 ,它会改变企业原有的投资秩序、规则和程序 ,从而造成企业投资行为的不确定性。文章认为 ,分析企业体制变动中的投资选择规则 ,可以从微观层次上揭示出体制转轨中投资运行的一般机理 ,为政府调控投资运行提供一些有价值的思想材料。

System alteration of corporation is a kind of action of sense choice to conform to market.However,due to the limit sense?uncertainty of setting and restriction of complexity,system reform of corporation is unlikely to be from out of order to in order at one step.During this course,system alteration of corporation often results in change of organization management and rule arrangement.In the way of investment choice,inherence order?rule and process of corporation investment inherence can be changed,leading to uncertainty of corporation investment action.From microcosmic point of view,we consider that analysis of choice rule of investment in system alteration of corporation can reveal common mechanism of investment in system alteration,which provides government with some valuable thought materials to adjust investment.
