摘要
证券市场的信誉机制是证券市场持续和良性发展的前提条件 ,而证券市场的信息不对称、尤其是投资者和上市公司之间的信息不对称严重阻碍了证券市场信誉机制的建立。本文通过博弈论方法指出重复博弈、失信惩罚机制以及投资者教育是建立市场信誉的有效途径。
Reputation mechanism is the precondition of sustaining development in security market.But information asymmetry between investors and listed companies badly blocks the establishment of reputation mechanism in the security market.This essay points out that repeated game,publishment mechanism,and investor education are the effective ways of establishing market integrity.
