摘要
研制的长波大面积HgCdTe光导红外探测器的面积为2.1×2.1mm^2,在80K时探测率D_p~*=1.86×10^(10)cmHz^(1/2)W^(-1),响应率R_p=386VW^(-1),长波限λ_(co)(50%)>18μm.还研制了带有低温聚光器组合件结构的新型探测器,D_p~*=7.3×10^(10)cmHz^(1/2)W^(-1),λ_(co)(50%)>16μm.
A long-wavelength HgCdTe photoconductor infrared detector with large area
has been developed. Simple calculation and the main points of the design are given in this
paper. The detector with an area of 2.1×2.1mm^2 has detectivity D_p~* (80K)=1.86×
10^(10)cmHz^(1/2)W^(-1), and responsivity R_p=386VW^(-1)with λ_(co) (50%)>18μm. An additional
novel detector with a special structure of low temperature collectors, which has detectivity
D_p~*(80K)=7.3×10^(10)cmHz^(1/2)W^(-1)and λ_(co)(50%)>16μm has been developed.
