高校共青团工作如何适应教育创新的要求

The CYL's Work in Colleges and Universities:How to Meet the Demandsof Educational Innovation

江泽民关于推进教育创新,为我国经济和社会发展培养高素质的劳动者、建设者、管理者和领导者的思想,给高校共青团工作提出了更高要求。高校共青团必须首先作好自身工作体制的创新,构建适应教育创新的“一体两翼”组织体系,以团组织为主体,加强团委对学生会的工作指导与重视对学生社团的指导服务;同时,必须以“大学生素质拓展计划”为工作主线,以提高大学生的思想政治素质为核心,以培养大学生创新精神为重点,以大学生参加社会实践活动为主要内容,以建设高层次的校园文化活动为基础;通过大学生的素质拓展活动来适应教育创新。

Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thought,that we must push forward ed ucational innovation and train more high-quality workers,builders,administrator s and leaders for our country’s economic and social development,has made higher demands on the Communist Youth League organizations in their work in colleges a nd universities.The League organizations should first of all make innovations to their work systems and establish the organizational system of“one main body an d two wings”which conform to educational innovation.In the meatime,they must ma ke their work center on the Program for Developing College and University Studen ts’Quality,with the improvement of students’ideological and political quality at its core,the cultivation of students’innovation spirit as its stress and the students’participation in social practical activities as its chief content,and be based on the building of high-level campus culture.
