广东管理科学研究院在中华网公布了《2002年中国大学排行榜》,仔细审视其“2002年中国大学100强”名单及“中国一流大学”15强名单与相关数据、标准,令人对其科学客观性产生极大的怀疑:其一,取舍的标准关注的是规模还是质量?其二,取舍的标准是否太随意了?

Guangdong Management Science Research Institute published the“Rank L ist of China’s Colleges and Universities in 2002”on Chinaweb.In accordance wit h the names of China’s top 100 colleges and universities in 2002,the names of C hina’s 15 strongest first-class colleges and universities and the related data and criteria,the scientific objectivity of the Rank List looks very doubtful.Fi rstly,what is the major criterion for choice:scope or quality?
