摘要
根据Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe的吸收边规律,建立了从室温下体材料Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe大光斑透过曲线确定样品平均组分x_0和均方差Δx的方法及计算软件.
Based on the empirical rule of absorption edge for Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe materials, an
effective method and its corresponding computative software for obtaining the average
composition x_0 and its mean square deviation Δx of Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe samples have been pres-
ented from the measured transmittance curve in a large test area of the samples at room
temperature.
