Humanization of Education and Educational Reform in Primary and Middle Schools

教育人性化强调以人为本与社会需要的结合。联系中小学教育改革实际,教育人性化的到位必须解决两大问题:学习“减负”;教育方式、态度。为解决这两大难题,必须注意:尊重青少年人格,既讲师道遵严,但又非师颜不可犯;还应注意满足学生心理及个性发展需求;让学生了解社会,并为进入社会做好心理准备;切实降低学习难度。

The emphasis of the humanization of education is laid on the integrat ion of the people standard and social needs.In accordance with the conditions in the educational reform of primary and middle schools,in humanization of educati on,two major problems must be settled:the lightening of school children’s burde ns in learning and the ways and attitude in educating the children.To settle the se problems,we should respect the personality of teenagers,meet the demands in t he development of their psychology and individuality,make them understand societ y and reduce their difficulty in learning.
