随着人们生活水平的不断提高和闲暇时间的增多,一个大众化的休闲时代正在到来,由此产生出全新的休闲产业和休闲经济概念,对休闲产业迫切需要进行全面、系统、前瞻性的研究,需要研究政府在休闲发展和管理中的重要作用,需要明确政府介入的方式、原则和具体角色,以更好地促进休闲产业的发展。

As people are enjoying a more comfortable life and have more leisure time, an era of leisure is coming. Leisure industry is becoming the new center of our economy. In China, leisure industry is playing an increasingly important role in its economy. Tourism has become a new growth point of national economy. The paper analyzes the current situation of China's leisure industry, and then puts forward some principles for its management. The present research bases itself on initiating correct and healthy values in leisure, encouraging multiple leisure choices, upgrading leisure quality and developing sound leisure economy. It also raises reasonable propositions to relevant national authorities on setting up all around regulatory systems from the perspectives such as national system of vacation, price regulation in tourism, vocational exchange rate, leisure site planning and others so that the leisure economy can get on the healthy track.
