摘要
为了给中国入世后创造一个良好的法律环境 ,我们应该深入研究 TRIPS协定的有关规定 ,使我国尽快地建立起与 WTO全面接轨的知识产权保护的法律制度。
In order to create a favourable environment of laws for China's having entered the WTO,we should make a full study of the rules concerned of the agreement of TRIPS so that the system of laws of the protection of property right of WTO can be built up as soon as possible in our country.
