摘要
企业在引入 ERP的过程中 ,不但要注意 ERP能给企业带来的效益 ,还要注意可能给企业带来的训练成本、整合与测试成本、资料转换成本、资料分析成本等 ,否则 ,会给企业带来的不是效益而是成本迅速增长 ,从而导致企业信息化的失败。
It should be paid more attention not only to the business benefits brought about by ERP,but also to the training costs,integraion and testing costs,dataconversion costs,data analysis costs,etc,during the process of introducing ERP to businesses.Otherwise,that the rapid increasing costs other then the business benefits occur will result in the failure of informationization of the business
