现代政治生活对诸多领域都有其重要需求,满足这些需求是现代政治生活发展的基本条件。在现代生活道德需求的公民和国家两个向度中,前者包括法制社会的要求和公民道德层次的提升;后者包括政治制度的道德化、政府的道德化、政治道德的制度化。
There are many requirements in the modern political life, such as economic requirements, legal requirements and ethical requirements. Among those ethical requirements are paid more attention to because of the complicated changes on ethical concepts and systems caused by the rapid social development and reform.
