摘要
定粒缫丝工程中采用配茧缫丝法缫丝时,一般将茧丝区分为内、中、外三个层次,按照落绪茧的落绪点所在的层次,选择同层次的落绪茧进行接绪;当发生蛹衬落绪时则选择新茧接绪。本文给出在此条件下茧丝周期丝长分布的数学建模及其解析的结果,讨论落绪部位分布的对其概率论结构的影响;通过电子计算机模拟试验对理论结果进行了误差分析并讨论其在缫丝工程管理中的应用问题。
In the process of the raw silk reeling with fixed number of cocoons,the rule of feeding end by mixed cocoon reeling,that is the cocoon of feeding end is chose according as the position of dropping end in the cocoon filament,is used.Base on thiscondition we gave a theoretical analysis to the distribution of the cycle-length of cocoon filament in the raw silk and its results.The results are validated by computer simulation test and discussed on its applications.
