西部基础设施建设中的融资问题探讨

Study on Financing Channels of the Infrastructure Construction of the Western

西部基础设施建设不仅是西部大开发的战略重点 ,也是西部大开发的基础。然而 ,西部地区经济发展相对滞后 ,自我发展能力不足 ,使得资金短缺成为制约西部基础设施建设过程中的巨大障碍。本文通过对我国西部基础设施建设融资现状进行分析 ,结合基础建设资金特点 ,提出一系列有效融资对策 。

The Infrastructure Construction of the west is not only the strategic focus but also the basis of the Western Development. But now the serious problem we have to face is where to find enough money. This paper analyses the present situation of the infrastructure construction of the west and puts forward some useful financing channels to solve the serious problems.
